Marty Schneider

Marty Schneider is an artist who rides waves, and a surfer who uses art to translate life at the fraying edges of human existence. The world screams and Marty hears its pain. His art is ‘rock’, encased in grime and stinking of a post-punk spirit spilled from the lip of a discarded JD bottle; his studio, a twilight universe collapsed on a banana chair sitting beside a half empty pool at the Manly end of the Spacejunk Art & Caravan Park. When not drawing two dimensional conclusions or punching the face of a translucent Pacific wave, Marty is always available for lunch.
